The most frequent problem
with wanting to have great abs is that there are so many differences of opinion.
Some might say that by doing
100 crunches every night before bed time will give you those
washboard abs.
Not true, and here's why...
Abs are muscles too, so you
must work them out like a muscle. I’m sure you wouldn’t do 100
arm curls every night in hopes of bigger arms because this will
only cause over training instead of building.
Everyone has wash board abs,
just so happens that some have a little more laundry on top than
others! To really begin to see your abs you must lose the fat
around them.
By treating your abs as a
muscle you will build and tighten this muscle group.
Specifically directed (spot training) cardio training will get rid of the excess
fat and you will be able to see those abs pop out.
